Surprisingly darkly colored, the aromas are quite intense and ripe, cherry, plum, lovely spicy edge, it has lovely purity and expansiveness, looking very young and vibrant.

The palate is plush and fuller bodied, very concentrated and poised, tannins and deep and on the firmish side, but the weight of fruit carries the extract admirably. This is not your typical 24 and feels more like a slightly warmer year, very impressive.
