We are only able to process online orders for delivery within Australia.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase Serrat Wines. By entering your email address, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
There is no minimum order, however freight is charged per dozen (or part thereof). Mixed cases are welcome, and six-packs will be combined into a 12-bottle carton wherever possible. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Once your order leaves the winery, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. (Please note: this tracking system is managed by Australia Post and is outside our control.) Australia Post regulations require that alcohol deliveries be signed for by a person over 18 years of age. Orders cannot be left unattended. If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office and leave a card with collection details.
We strongly recommend adding insurance to your order. Once wines leave our winery, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or breakage in transit.
